Having a migraine is a terrible thing. Although there are drugs to treat this pain, but natural remedies that are easily available at home are always the best choice.

One solution to overcome this is herbal tea. Tea can reduce headaches due to migraines that do not cause any side effects.

Here are some types of tea that can help your migraine.

1. Green tea

Green tea has a number of caffeine which helps to combat all types of headaches, especially migraines.

2. Ginger tea.

The best herbal tea that helps with migraines is tea mixed with cinnamon powder. Add half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder to a cup of black tea or you can allow a piece of cinnamon to soak in tea for 2 minutes before consumption.
   

8. Cardamom Tea.

Elaichi or cardamom herbal tea is one of the best for treating migraine headaches. Crush a little cardamom pod and mix it in your tea kettle. Let it boil a little, strain and enjoy it.
