The findings also reveal, adding lemon juice in the daily diet can prevent spikes in blood sugar in diabetics.

4. Tomato juice

Diabetics are prone to blood clots, which can trigger cardiovascular problems. Eating a small glass of tomato juice every day has been shown to reduce the risk of the disease. However, make sure the tomato juice you drink is free of sugar and additional sweeteners.

5. Noni juice

The taste of noni is very bitter, but it turns out this fruit is good for diabetics, you know. Noni juice consumption can reduce blood sugar levels.
